- Original Packaging: The product must be returned with all original packaging, including price tags, brand tags, shoeboxes (if applicable), and any other accessories that came with the product.

- Eligible for Replacement: You are eligible for a replacement if you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product/size, or if any accessories are missing from the order.

- Full Refund: If you return all the products in your order, you will be refunded the entire amount, including shipping charges.
